Todd McCutcheon
Attorney
Todd McCutcheon is a native of New Mexico who moved to Chicago in 2003 to pursue a career in the law. He attended law School at DePaul where he was on the Dean’s List and a member of the Academic Advisory Committee. Before graduating, Todd received a provisional law license and litigated close to 40 cases before graduation.
He has now been practicing law in the Chicagoland area for over twenty (20) years. Todd is a former prosecutor in both Cook County and Lake County. As a former prosecutor Todd has learned the tactics used by the State to seek a conviction. With this knowledge Todd has the unique ability to provide clients with the highest level of legal defense.
As a criminal defense attorney Todd has appeared in cases in twenty-six (26) different counties in the State of Illinois. He has handled numerous high-profile cases including numerous self-defense and 2nd Amendment cases working closely with United States Concealed Carry Association for a number of years.
Todd is dedicated to providing clients at Luisi Legal with the highest level of Criminal Defense while at the same time taking a very hands on, personal approach to his interaction with every client.
