Sydney Joseph
Legal Assistant
Sydney Joseph is a Legal Assistant who has worked with Luisi Legal Group for the past two summers. A recent early graduate who completed dual degrees in Political Science and History at the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, Sydney is on her way to building a promising legal career. During her time at Illinois, she participated in several pre-law organizations, including the Pre-Law Honors Society and the Women’s Undergraduate Law Society, where she met with attorneys, judges, and clerks to deepen her understanding of the legal system.
With her academic background, Sydney has produced numerous research projects and papers. She also served as an editor for the Undergraduate History Journal at Illinois, where she peer-reviewed research papers from fellow undergraduate students.
At Luisi Legal Group, Sydney assists with daily office operations, reviews discovery materials, and drafts mitigation letters. Her strong analytical and research skills allow her to provide valuable support across multiple aspects of the firm’s work. Sydney plans to attend law school next year and credits her experience at Luisi Legal Group as instrumental in shaping her passion for the legal field.
